We work on garage doors in Laredo, TX, and nothing else
Springs, openers, tracks, rollers, cables, and panels - the parts that fail on a door that gets used every day in south Texas heat. Most of the houses we go into were built between 1975 and 2007, with a lot of that stock dating to the early 1990s. That matters because doors and openers from that build era are reaching the end of their working life at roughly the same time across whole blocks, which is why spring and opener calls cluster the way they do.
We don't do new construction and we're not a general contractor
If a job needs a structural header repair or framing work, that's outside what we take on, and we'll tell you that up front rather than take the call and figure it out later. What we do take on is the repair and replacement work that keeps an existing door running: broken torsion springs on double doors, worn rollers, opener boards that won't cycle, cables that have jumped the drum.

Call (956) 552-8913 if you want a straight answer on whether a repair is worth doing or whether the door's done.
After You Call
When you call, we ask what the door is doing - won't open, opens partway, makes a bang and stops, opener runs but the door doesn't move. That tells us most of what we need before a truck leaves. Laredo's summer heat is severe by federal climate standards, and that heat is hard on nylon rollers, opener gear sets, and the lubricant in torsion springs, so a lot of calls here are heat-related failures rather than one-off accidents.
On site, the first thing we check is the spring, because a broken or failing torsion spring is the most common reason a door won't lift, especially on heavier double doors common in the area's 1980s and 90s construction. We also check cable condition and the opener's force settings, since over-tightened force settings are a frequent cause of doors that reverse or won't close all the way.
We'll tell you what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and whether fixing it makes sense. A door that's original to a house built in the early 1990s may be past the point where parts are worth sourcing - at that point replacement is the honest answer, even though it's a bigger ticket than a repair call.
Who Does the Work
The person who answers your call and the person who works on your door are tied to this address: 15409 Fatima Dr, Laredo, TX 78045. We don't dispatch out of a call center and we don't subcontract to whoever's closest. We serve the Laredo area, including the stretch out toward Los Fresnos roughly 18 miles off, and closer-in spots like about 6 miles south and the area about 3 miles southwest of us. We also get calls from the Unitec Industrial Park area, about 8 miles northeast.
Median household income in this service area runs around $40,000, and we keep that in mind when we lay out repair options - we'd rather tell you a spring swap will outlast a full opener replacement if that's true, than sell the bigger job by default. With roughly 1,608 owner-occupied houses among the area's 3,082 households, a lot of our work is repeat geography: the same torsion spring sizes, the same opener models, the same heat-driven wear, house after house.
